“We thank You, God, for this divine service, which You favours to accept from us, although thousands of archangels and myriads of angels are serving You …” These words of the prayer, which are said by the priest during the main part of the liturgy – anaphora, the members of the youth movement “Parikiya” could specially feel this Christmas night in Starocherkassk. Divine service was truly common: almost everything, from the bookmarks for the Gospel, the decoration of the temple and ending with singing on the choir and help in the service at the altar, was laid by the our parishioners. Thus, the Liturgy was perceived not as an act in which we are spectators, but really as a common action.

Congratulations to all with the main miracle in the history of mankind: the Savior was born into the world!
