“Christ comes to revive the dead brother with the verb”: Lazarus Sabbath services were held in the Resurrection Military Cathedral. The Divine Liturgy was head by the vicar of the Rostov diocese, Bishop Artemiy of Taganrog. His Grace was co-served by the senior priest of the cathedral, archpriest Valery Voloshchuk, the senior priest of the Patriarchal Voznesensky Military All-Cossack Cathedral, archpriest Georgy Smorkalov and the clergy of the diocese.

The head of the settlement Dmitry Yanov, the ataman of the Aksai yurt Sergey Markov, and the village Cossacks prayed at the service. The choir of the cathedral conducted by Ashot Palanjyan performed the hymns of the divine service. The sermon before Communion was delivered by the cleric of the temple, priest John Tsupko.

At the end of the service, His Grace addressed the worshippers with an archpastoral sermon and conveyed the blessing of Metropolitan Mercury of Rostov and Novocherkassk. Bishop Artemy also visited the bell ringing museum, which is being prepared for the opening inside the cathedral bell tower, and the new Sunday school class.
