XXV World Russian People’s Council dedicated to the theme “The Present and Future of the Russian World” was held in Moscow on November 27-28, 2023, under the chairmanship of His Holiness, Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia.

As part of the delegation of the Rostov-on-Don Diocese, archpriest Valery Voloshchuk, head of the Diocesan Department for Interaction with the Armed Forces and Law Enforcement Agencies, senior priest of the Cathedral, took part in the plenary session and the work of the sections.

Father Valery made a presentation in the section “Defense and Security” with the report “Spiritual care and patriotic education of military personnel: problems and prospects in the conditions of self-defense”.
