On September 12, 2019, the head of the Aksai district Vitaly Ivanovich Borzenko visited the Army Cathedral of Christ’s Resurrection. During a working meeting with the senior priest Valery Voloshchuk, the head of the district got acquainted with the progress of the restoration of the bell tower, as well as with the landscaping adjacent to the cathedral site in preparation for the celebration of the 300th anniversary of the Army Cathedral of Christ’s Resurrection. The meeting was attended by the head of the rural settlement Yevgeny Viktorovich Golitsyn. The meeting participants got acquainted with the progress in strengthening the icons and carving restoration of the cathedral iconostasis.
